she said it is 22 X 22 and to get the kinkos nearest to me so she can send me the file..WTF does that mean??

Unless you have a plotter, you aren't printing that out 22 x 22

I think she was saying Kinko can print it, in color, 22 x 22 (like poster size) for you

If she wants you to print them in 20x20, she'll have to send you the file and yes, it would have to be in email.

So why does she want Kinkos or Staples address?

She will have to e-mail the file to them (or take it on a CD, flash drive) because the file is going to be extremly large to prevent distortion for such a big picture.
