I was on on business travel to SoCal yesterday and saw on the news where a lady owned a lot in Perris CA and she went to visit the lot and found that a contractor was 99% finished with constructing a new house on her lot. The builder mistakenly placed in on a lot that was supposed to be the next one over.
This lady has the nerve to go on TV and complain about having to pay higher property taxes because the house is being shown as a lot improvement and she now has to remodel the interior so she can rent it. She made no mention about being gracious about getting a 150 to $200,000 house built on her lot for free that is now hers....
I don't get it.....
This reminds me of the stupid people that win always seem to win those multi-million dollar lotteries.
