looking for a boarding facility for a draft

My friend has a draft who is an excape artist and he keeps excaping from his current boarding facility. Mostly he likes to lean on the fence and due to his size, the boards break and he steps over the fence to the other side, hence the excape. They are looking for a facility with either a wire fence or post board not split rail fencing. Anyone in the Charles County area have any ideas. They have two horses one is a draft 17-18 hands gelding (big baby) and the other is a standardbred mare. PM me if you have any ideas for boarding in the Charles County area. Thank you.

I have a stud pen not a pasture it is 6 foot high 4 board wooden fence with HOT (good hot) wire on the inside of the boards kept the stud in..before he was gelded and our 16.3 hand mare that was a fence pusher..
