looking for a Border Collie pup

My wife used to have a Border Collie, but when her and her ex husband divorced, he would not let her have her dog. She loves her Border Collie so much and misses her so much as well and she talks about her all the time. So I am looking for a female Border Collie Pup, preferably black and white and not a rough coat. I would love to be able to get one for her, but I am not able to pay more than $300 for her. If any one knows of one for this price, please let me know.

There's a border collie rescue in Kent County called Mid Atlantic Border Collie Rescue/Kent County Border Collie Rescue, on the eastern shore. They always have TONS of dogs available...young and old. They also post their animals on Petfinder.
