Looking for a foster home for 6-8 week old puppy

Okay all, this puppy is between 6-8 weeks old (it's a pit), it's currently at Charles County Humane and they won't adopt these dogs to the public, so it's scheduled to go to TriCounty which won't adopt pits.

If we can find a foster home for it, Second Hope will pull it (all of our current foster homes are full). The foster home needs to be able and willing to keep this puppy till it's at least 12 weeks and healed from it's spay.

Look at how cute it is in the second picture with it's bowed front legs, look close enough and you will see the brown patch on it's hip!

Sad isn't it. Poor pup is destiined and doesn't even know it...breaks my heart.

I know...I got your msg last nite, it was late when I got home and didn't want to call your house late...got home, checked the thread, and saw the above msg that CAWL was getting her, and called today and CAWL did pick her up this morning...We did put our name (SHR) out there for her, so she would've been safe, if CAWL didn't get her first.

That's ok...PTS is a common acronym, unfortunately, that is heard too often in this type of 'work'.
