looking for an app

I'm looking for an ipod/ ipad app that let's you mark countries that you have visited on a global map. Hoping to use it for a world cultures class in the fall. anyone have any ideas?

You could just open a global map in MS Paint and use the coloring features to color it. You'd want a simplier graphic, complex graphics tend to have shades of colors that doesn't re-color well.

TripAdvisor has an excellent mapping/tracking feature. Not sure if its usable on their app, but they have one, too. Plus, you can use it with facebook and track where you and friends have been, check their reviews, write your reviews, etc...
