Looking for barn near St. Mary's College

I am a student at St. Mary's College and am looking for a barn close by to move my 10 year old Morgan to next fall. He is currently at a beautiful privately owned barn in St. Leonard, but it is just too far for me to drive everyday to ride.

I would prefer full board, but if the barn is close enough, I would be able to do self-care. I would also be interested in working off part of my board, but this is not a necessity.

Does anyone know of anywhere that might be close by that does boarding? I have ridden with the SMCM Equestrian Team at A Moment in Time, but my horse needs to be turned in every day, so it did not work out.

Holly Point and Flat Iron Farm both have full board with stalls. Both are 10-15 minutes from the college.
