Since we have been back in the area, We have been looking for a goodf club to go 2 stepping. We miss the Town Creek Marina, and the band On the Rise. The last we heard that they where playing around the Waldorf area. It has been over 10 yrs since we have been here, and are left with going to Toot's bar. Not a great joint in any stech of the imagination. Don't get me wrong. A nice bar, but not the magent for good bands. We saw a sorry excuse for a band ( a 2 peice ) that sucked...We left early. We'd like to know if the band On The Rise that played at the Marina is still together and is still playing????
