Looking for Scotish terrier Puppy

If you are looking for a particular breed of dog, go to the AKC website at www.akc.org and look for a breeder of the type of dog you want. This is a good place to start. Also, look at AKC dog shows for the breeders with your specific want and ask them after the show about a puppy. Many don't advertise but will place a good pet quality from time to time.

Shelters and breed rescues are another place if you don't mind the dog being a little older or possibly a mix. You can go to www.petfinder.com and search by breed.

There were 2 black Scotties at the shelter back in early october so they do get turned in as well. Checking Petfinder and rescues is a really great place to find another dear friend. Hey kidschihuahuas did you see the little guy at the shelter?

No, I didn't see the one at the shelter. Also, this Saturday, SMAWL is having an adoption day at Petco in California from 10-2pm. Come on down to help or meet a new family friend.

Hey there...do not know if you are still looking but it seems as though a rescue in NJ just took in 3 Scotties that are from a damn puppymill. Maybe one of these dogs guys would work for you if the rescue will adopt out of state. Good Luck. I attached the link above for you to be able to have a look.
