I have a coworker that installed a tracking app on her daughters cell phone so she knows where she is at all times.

Twenty years ago when I was a teaching assistant I had a parent call me over a bad grade I gave their kids project. They couldn't write a coherent sentence and their mom got upset when I gave the written portion of the project at 30%. This wasn't a freshman class either.

Time to do like they do in Israel. 2 year mandatory national service before you get to go to college. Unfit for the military? Find them some sort of at home peace corps positions. Can't run? Unable to touch your toes? You get to count widgets or file papers. No exceptions, no deferments.

So a babysitting service of assigning unneeded busy work?
