loose dog on clarkslanding

Ok so the last 3 nights there has been a dog running around me and my 2 neighbors house after 6pm. Dont think its a stray... Looks to healthy, but havent gotten close enough to see if theres a collar. The main problem is it must be somekind of hound, and it howls/barks non-stop and woke my family up at 1am... Is anyone missing a tan-ish medium sized dog that sounds like a hound? Or know who it might belong to? I am unsure if itss aggresive or not so i am too afraid to bring my dog out to pee. I only see/hear the dog running around at night. My mom went out and was talking to it to see if she could see a coller and it kinda growled at her and went the other way. (my mom was aout 100 yards from the dog at the time).. It seems like its afraid to be loose and panics.located on clarkeslanding road. Pm me with info if any one has any!

Call animal control and have them take care of it. That is there job isn't it. You won't have to worry about being woken up in the middle of the night or letting your dog out to pee. It's just a thought though.

Yeah i thought about calling animal control, but i was hoping if the owners saw a post on here or something, they would take care of it, however if it does keep up ill have no choice but to call. The only thing that concerns me was a few weeks ago my other neighbor said there were 2 dogs, one like a sheperd or rotwiler and another dog that the owners somewhere up the street let out at night and turned off the electric fence and let the roam, but they had gone after some people (no one called and reported them though because the dogs were gone by the time a cop arrived) , and i dont know if this dog is one of those dogs or not... its too dark to see what he/she really looks like, but the bark is definatly hound.

Missing dog

I am missing my dog. See post on Search and Rescue in Prince Frederick. Where is clarkslanding and what does the dog look like. Mine is named Bina and she is a dark grey/blue Italian Mastiff. 7 months old and 74 lbs. She is very friendly but since we were hit by a car she may be frightened.

If it is not Bina please call CAWL or a no kill shelter. The dogs family may be worried sick of their missing family member. I know I am. BTW you can call the police - they are looking for my baby girl Bina.

I still need to know where clarkslanding is. Please advise

Clarke's Landing is in Hollywood, St. Mary's. Yeah, try a few things like posting and asking around before calling Animal Control. It's best for the dog.

Oh i found out its my neighbor's dog, he keeps getting out but the owner cant figuare out how... but i think they resolved the problem because i havent seen our little friend for the last 2 days. I thought it was my neighbors dog to begin with, that was why i was hesitant to call animal rescue/control so we checked around and sure enough, it was! luckily hes not mean, just wants to jump up on you =o)
