My girlfriend has a dog that has made itself at home - she lives on Friendship School Road. Dog is well nourished, in wonderful shape, and very friendly. Is whimpering alot however, making it seem obvious to us that it's lost.

If you have lost a dog in the Friendship School Road/Bishop Road area (or you live in that area and KNOW anyone who has lost a dog), please PM me with a description (breed, color, gender, etc) of this dog (if you only know someone who has lost their dog, have them PM me or just send me a way to contact them. I know it's a long shot that the dog's owner will look here, but far greater miracles have happened.

Can't stand the fact that A) this dog is so friendly it follows her everywhere (a VERY social dog...although it barks at me when I get near my girlfriend...guess the dog is dating her now) and B) that some 9 year old kid is heartbroken that Lassie might have been run over & was scooped into the woods in a dead, crumpled heap.

Everybody wish this dog luck finding it's home.

Well lets see the dog is male and is a collie breed......you gave that all away in your post...............but seriously I hope you find the dog's owner!

Way, way off on breed (Lassie was the most generic name I could think of at the time - in retrospect, Rover would have been better). And a female dog could very easily be smitten by my girlfriend.
