Well I haven’t made that determination yet because I think they just moved in to that house in the last 6-9 months. I need more info...

And always people ”hanging out” in the driveway. And the poor pool! Well I don’t blame them on the pool - pool chemicals have been in short supply this summer.That house used to be pretty well taken care of when the elderly people had it. But now that it is a rental, it had fallen to crap. It looks nasty, no one maintains it or the lawn, and it looks like a welfare den.
But I think tenants changed from then to now.
