Two days late on seeing the article. But the question remain.

How would/should we characterize Ms. McBath & her "actions"?

Georgia Democratic Rep. Lucy McBath was the target of some creative trolling by the Republican Party over her widely disputed claim that she actually lives in Georgia, after receiving and signing for a gift basket the GOP sent to her address -- in Tennessee.

Would this be a form of election fraud? Should she/we feel okay about this if not?

I think that's the rub/issue in question.

I find it disingenuous on McBath's part (as she continues to be cagey about it), but it might be entirely legal. Tax-wise, GA may be looking at the "residence thing" differently.

Not sure, at all. So polling the net, hoping to learn something.

I whole hardheartedly agree ... she would not be the 1st Pol to get caught with a 'residence' not really a residence


or really 'traveling' on their campaign bus, but instead flying on their private plane
