"Typical White Person"
I just recieved my hardwood flooring that I ordered about a month ago, was suppose to of been delivered with in a week. Stayed at home all day waiting for it and it finally showed up at 7:30 pm. Was shorted a box (42 sq ft.) was charged .20 cents extra per sq. ft. than advertised on the web site.
The product does look decent, although I haven't checked all the boxes yet and the driver was nice but he actually was complaining to me about their business practices and how they are not very customer oriented, just worried about getting orders placed and cards charged then they forget about your order until you call.
I can not recomend this company based on my experiences with them.
ETA- Also I forgot to mention that the boards were all suppose to be a uniformed length, well that is not the case either.
