Has hoarding started back up or are the shelves bare because of the renovations? Went there at 0730 today and a lot of stuff was missing. Just gone. Things like biscuits and sour cream. Wet cat food was practically bare. Ground turkey and Perdue individual chicken breasts. Spent an hour in there looking to make sure I just wasn't overlooking it.
Ended up going to Weis for the stuff I couldn't find. Their wet cat food was bare too but they had the rest of the stuff I needed for the week.
I went there yesterday; mostly for fresh produce. There was one guy that was supposed to be stocking in produce. Another worker was there for 15 or more minutes yakking then a third joined in. No work was getting done by any of them.
I walked to another part of the store in search of something I didn't really need but was on my list. I observed a guy trying to stock new shelves and a case of water broke and bottles were rolling down the aisle. A female "worker" stood and laughed at the guy; not offering to help him. Several aisles over, I could still hear her laughing. I never did find what I was looking for and went to the check out.
When I left, the three guys were still yakking it up in produce.
Piss poor management. I was pretty aggravated when I left.
A friend texted me later in the afternoon that Chesapeake bounty had salad mix, carrots, kale and brussels sprouts etc and I wish I had gone there instead.
