Have you ever seen or tried a mango peeler? It's works GREAT!! I know you can get them at Linens 'n Things...

When I was in Panama there was a huge mango tree right by my hut. Ate them everyday.

I also learned a valuable lesson. Don't pick them up off the ground and put them in your hut. I came home to fruit flies EVERYWHERE
