Ma Deuce is actually a pacifist. When you fire her, she yells: Buddha, Buddha, Buddha, Buddha, Buddha...

For your consideration ...

In this video it looks like they are practicing shooting on the target ship off Point Lookout in the Chesapeake!

I dont believe it's them? but I'm sure that Calvert Co Sheriffs Dept still has one. It gets mounted on their boat for checking the ports in the county,
ie the natural gas plant and Calvert Cliffs.
It came alone with the FN pistols and a few bolt action rifles they got from FN USA 20 yrs ago.
At that time one the yaa yaa's I grew up with was Director of Marketing for FN USA,
and another yaa yaa was a Calvert Co Deputy.

edit, That sure does look like Old Hannibal...IDK??

Do they still use tracers?
Tracers, Incendiaries, AP, AP Incendiary's, Slap, Slap AP, High EX Incendiary, Sniper, limited distance ball for short range practice. and maybe one or two others.
Most belted LC 50 that I have seen is 4 ball to 1 tracer.
Edit.
I forgot Spotter Tracer.

Well it does say when and who the video was taken by: 14 years ago: GAU-21 (FN M3M) NAVAIR Acceptance Testing. So I'm guessing the location is correct. Of course nowadays, that old ship is split in two and is rusting away at a quick clip.
