Mac to MP3 trouble

I have two disney MP3 players that the kids got for their birthdays. I am having trouble getting songs on these suckers. Any tips?

If, when the players are plugged into the PC, can you go to My Computer and see them as new drives ? If so, try copying the song folders to them that way.
