macromedia flash help

camily

Peace
I cannot download the flash player. I do not have the yellow bar at the top that tells me I need the active x control and to click on it but several sites tell me I ned to download it to view. I can't open attachments. I keep getting red x's in the box instead of pics etc. The marcomedia site doesn't work either for me when it comes to downloading. Under "tools" up top, it goes from "mail and news" then skips the next two items so the next one is "synchronize". There is the arrow where there is obviously supposed to be something there and when you move your mouse over it a blank box opens. Something is wrong here and I can't fix it. I need help please!!! I ran a virus scan and it said it was ok, but that there was an error and unable to access some things. When I go to the Target site, it kicks me right offline. HELP!!!

Maybe your best bet, would be to un-install the program. Then re-install. If the problem keeps happening it's them. Not you...

Did you get a fix for your problem, if not, what version of windows and IE are you running???

Also what exactly are you doing to create this error, and as for the websites not working, that could be firewall related.

Also if you get the error on the .DLL file when you try to open Outlook Express i think you have got yourself a trojan in there, and you will need more than AntiVirus to remove it.

My mom uses Outlook and is the only one here that does, and to tell you the truth, I would not be surprised if she opened an attachment that had a virus. Computers are not her friend. I went to that site, but their links are not right (only 1 worked) I'll keep working on it. I think I might need someone to come here because I can't explain what is happening as I'm not the most computer literate person there is.

Go and download that, install it and run it, (( on install it asks you to options to select, dont select any of them )) i used this when my comp got hijacked with malware, this is a good program, if theres anything on the comp this should fine it.
