Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., pledged to defy and protest the Supreme Court following its decision Friday overturning Roe v. Wade.

How exactly is she going to defy this decision? In essence it says that there is no Constitutional protection for abortion, does she plan to rewrite the Constitution herself? Maybe she's a one person convention with the voices in her head, but that's not going to get it done here.
