Oh no!!! How dare they voice their opinion?

You scream about this and then say Amy Cooper Barrett’s religion won’t effect her decision making should she be confirmed.

Conflict of interest much?
Hasn’t affected Nancy or Joe.

Roughly 50,000 Voters In Ohio’s Most Populous County Got Incorrect Absentee Ballots

On Friday, Franklin County, Ohio’s most populous county, announced that 49,669 voters got an incorrect absentee ballot in the mail this week.

The Franklin County Board of Elections stated:

The board has already begun the process to print, stuff, and mail the 49,669 replacement ballots and expect them to be sent to the United States Postal Service within 72 hours for delivery. Additionally, while the replacement ballots are processed, the board will mail informational postcards to all impacted voters that detail the situation and highlight the voter’s multiple voting options moving forward.

This is the chaos Democrats thrive on.

I'm sure they're filling out thousands of duplicate ballots for Biden at this moment.

Court Rules Against Six-Day Extension to Count Absentee Ballots in Wisconsin

Republicans in Wisconsin got a small victory in their efforts to make it more difficult to commit voter fraud when a Wisconsin judge overruled a lower court’s decision to allow absentee ballots to be counted for six days after Election Day. If the ruling stands, all ballots would need to be collected by 8:00 p.m. on election night.

The ruling will also allow the state to announce the winner on Election Day or shortly thereafter. The six-day absentee ballot extension could have prolonged the decision for a week or more.

Fox News:
Conley’s ruling also noted the polling issues in April primaries when long lines increased wait times for voting and thousands of ballots didn’t arrive at the local clerk’s office in time.
The 7th Circuit Court judges initially upheld Conley’s ruling on Sept. 29, rejecting the Republicans’ standing to intervene. After the Wisconsin Supreme Court affirmed that standing, the same three-judge panel delivered Thursday’s ruling.

Gov. Gavin Newsom Tried To Own A Voter On Mail-In Ballot Fraud, But It Backfired

After a tweet exposing California’s election circus from author and podcast host Jarrett Stepman garnered some attention, Newsom couldn’t help but jump into the ring. “Just to we’re all clear — this is FALSE,” the California governor tweeted emphatically. “Ballots don’t get mailed in CA until next month,” Newsom said, linking to a state ballot-tracking website “for those interested in facts.”

How Voting by Mail Could Cost Biden the Election

Voting in person is probably not as dangerous as Democratic leaders initially feared. Since the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention urged Americans to wear masks in public, no major outbreaks have been traced to voting queues. Experts now say that voting with a mask on is no more dangerous than going to a grocery store with a mask on—something millions of American do every week. Evidence of the safety of in-person voting spans the world. South Korea, where public mask wearing is nearly universal, held a national parliamentary election in April with its highest turnout in three decades. No outbreaks there.

While in-person voting looks safer than expected, mail-in voting looks more dangerous—not because of fraud, but because of human error and partisan politics.

Mail-in votes require several steps, and different steps in different locations, including postmarking the ballots, signing in various places, and using the proper number of envelopes. For that reason, it can confuse first-time voters, and even experienced voters used to queuing at local high schools. Two studies of the 2018 midterm elections in Florida and Georgia found that young and minority voters are especially likely to have their mail ballots rejected. (Both of those voting groups skew Democratic.)

With millions of people voting by mail for the first time this year, experts expect more errors—and more rejected ballots. In the 2020 primaries, more than 550,000 mail-in and absentee ballots were disqualified, a much higher number than four years ago. The problem is especially severe in some swing states. More than 23,000 mailed ballots were rejected in the presidential primaries in Wisconsin—more than Donald Trump’s margin of victory in that state in 2016. Deep-blue districts have had the same problem: New York City alone threw out more than 84,000 ballots this primary season.

Democrats' Reliance on Easily Disqualified Mail-In Ballots Could Cost Them | Opinion

The early indications are that Democrats hold a huge advantage among the mail-in or absentee ballots that have already been cast. That's especially true in the few key battleground states that will decide the contest in the Electoral College. Whether that is because Democrats seem to take the threat from the pandemic more seriously than Republicans or simply because conservatives have more traditional instincts, it's apparent that Trump voters are more likely to vote in person than Biden supporters.

But that's where the good news for Democrats ends and their worries begin.

By convincing so many of their supporters to vote by mail, the Democrats may have created a problem that could plunge the nation into a post-Election Day tangle of challenges and lawsuits that will make the Bush v. Gore nightmare of 2000 look like a picnic. Democrats may believe that moving to mail-in ballots expands the electorate and increases their vote totals. Yet by making themselves so dependent on absentee rather than in-person voting, they have also made themselves vulnerable to having a significant proportion of their votes go uncounted.

Trump has consistently denigrated mail-in ballots and claimed that their general use increases the likelihood of fraud and even calls into question the integrity of the election. Biden's supporters consider this yet another example of the president trying to suppress the vote by sowing baseless doubts about the system. But even if we accept assurances from liberals that voter fraud is rare, their reliance on the method has created a bigger problem, since a disproportionate number of mail-in ballots are rejected because of mistakes made either by the voter or the government agency proving the ballot.

Kentucky Postal Worker Terminated, May Face Federal Charges After Allegedly Tossing Dozens Of Ballots

A Kentucky postal worker who allegedly tossed dozens of absentee ballots may face federal charges after being terminated from his position.

A United States Postal Service worker allegedly threw away over 100 absentee ballots meant for the Jeffersontown area of Jefferson County. Federal agents from the Postal Service Office of Inspector General found the ballots on Thursday morning after receiving a tip, according to the Courier-Journal.

“The case has been accepted for federal prosecution by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Special Agent Scott Balfour wrote in a statement Friday. “They will determine what charges are appropriate after a review of all the facts in the case.”

“Incidents of this nature are exceedingly rare,” Balfour said. The “vast majority of the Postal Service’s 630,000 employees are hard-working, trustworthy individuals who work around the clock to deliver the nation’s mail.”

Supreme Court Sides With Republicans, Won’t Extend Wisconsin Ballot Deadline

America’s highest court sided with Republicans on Monday to prevent Wisconsin from counting mailed ballots received after Election Day. The court refused to reinstate a lower court order that would have allowed for ballots to be counted even if they were received up to six days after Nov. 3 as long as they were postmarked by Election Day. A federal appeals court put that order on hold, sending it to the Supreme Court, which voted 5-3.

With COVID-19 cases rising in the state, Democrats had claimed that extenuating circumstances require that the state extend the time period to count ballots. Republicans objected, arguing that voters can vote early and have plenty of time to cast their ballots before and during Election Day.
Wisconsin is one of approximately 30 states that mandate mail-in ballots be received by Election Day to be counted.

“In Monday’s order, a majority of the justices agreed with the appeals court, with John Roberts, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh writing separately to emphasize that federal courts should not be making last-minute changes to state election rules,” CBS News reported. “Monday’s decision is in line with previous Supreme Court orders during the pandemic. The conservatives generally reject efforts by lower court judges to change election rules or extend deadlines in the run up to the election, saying such decisions are for state election officials and legislatures.”

FoxNews put the USPS to the test - 2% of the test ballots didn't arrive.

As part of a special investigation, senior correspondent Eric Shawn, the I-Unit and others sent 500 envelopes from more than 50 locations throughout the country to test how quickly they traveled between addresses, and to a single destination in New York.

A little more than two percent failed to reach their destinations, including nine envelopes that have not been delivered more than a month later.
