Took the truck up to the dealer to schedule an oil change, rotation, couple of other minor things. Made the appt. Talked to Parts and found my new step bumper and dashboard covers were in. Knowing that's a full day, if not two, tried to schedule another appt on a different day than the quick oil change.
Guy looks at the computer calendar, completely confused.
"You already have an appt".
"I need a different one."
"You want to reschedule the oil change?"
"No, keep that, schedule a different day for the dashboard cover."
...pause...
"I don't think I can make two different appointments for the same vehicle on different days...."
"Oh. Really? That would be pretty stupid if you can't..."
He eventually figures it out, and looked totally surprised that it was possible. I cannot believe I'm the first person EVER to need two different appointments and this has never come up before.
Makes you wonder.
