Do your face except for mascara, then spritz some setting spray on and wait a few minutes for it to dry. Then do your mascara. Stays all day.
There are other setting sprays but NYX works well and won't cost you an arm and a leg.

Are all of their products pretty good?
I haven't tried their mascaras, but I use the tinted moisturizer, setting spray, and pore filler and like them really well. I think they're every bit as good as the Benefit products I used to spend $30+ on.

Would you spray the spritz before or after bronzing powder?

Spritz goes on after face is done. Think of how you can spritz moisture on chalk and when it dries it is 'fixed' to the board. The spritz holders it all in place.
