I know that there are various recipes out there but does anyone have a recipe to make your own pickles that are just like the Claussen pickles (Garlicky and crunchy). I found this link on the web Homemade Claussen Knock-Off Pickles | Foodie With Family but wanted to know if anyone else out there had a tested and proven recipe of no heat preserved pickles that are at least as good as Claussens. I have a LOT of cukes and well other than making chips I WANT tasty pickles. TIA!
