Why do we care about this guy? I don't live in NYC, he has nothing to do with me. If they want government grocery stores, they can find out the hard way how that ends up. Get rid of the police? Fine with me. All the crazy sht he's saying he'll do - fine with me.

The more I hear about this guy the more I want him to win. NYers deserve to be punished. All the richies will stand around at their galas and events sipping Veuve Clicquot and snacking on seared kobe, "Oh that Mamdani is SO frightfully lovely!" while everyone else is catching sewer rats for food, until finally the poors rise up righteous and have them a Wealthy Elite BBQ.

Part of the problem with "they wanted that so they reap what they sow" is that not everyone there wants that. Just like in Maryland...if not for PG, Baltimore City and Montgomery county we would probably be a red state. There are a lot of people that DON'T "want that", but unfortunately they are outnumbered.

MD is a lot bluer than you think. Harris got almost twice as many votes as Trump in 2024. Ya'll only have ONE Republican congressman in the whole state.

No doubt that the Washington Baltimore corridor filled with AA government employees and refugees from S.E. Washington into Maryland suburbs tied in with rich liberals from Montgomery County are as blue as blue can be. Western Maryland, the Eastern Shore and St. Mary's and Calvert Counties are overwhelmed by the numbers.

Western MD has a Democrat Congresscritter, as do SMC and Calvert. The only Republican in federal government repping MD is Andy Harris for Eastern Shore.

We tried our hardest last election. Couldn't overcome the large number of MoCo Dems gerrymandered into the district.

They did that in Frederick, too. It was solid Republican, then in 2012 they gerrymandered ol' Roscoe Bartlett right out of a job. D-5 got gerrymandered to add PG ghetto tards, and now you'll never get a Republican congressman.

NYC has always wanted to legalize drugs and prostitution and every other vice that degrades quality of life. Mamdani was tailor made to run that shitshow.

That Somalian up in Minneapolis - I want him to win too. When you look at how Minnesota votes, the whole state is red except MSP and tribal lands, and MSP is your typical Democrat city with astronomical crime and all kinds of issues. You'd think they'd have sense enough to stop doing what they're doing, yet here they are.

It was pretty hilarious when Tim Walz was crowing about how great he is that Minnesota, the wholesome heartland, elected him. In fact the only part of that state that voted for Walz were the crime and poverty infested shitholes - the heartland hates his ass. :lol:

At some point it should stop blowing my mind that Democrats love poverty, drugs, crime, and violence and that's what they want in their communities.
