I have no problem with this, the courts are jammed up with cases where the spouse/gf/bf refuses to testify when push comes to shove. People want to make a complaint, take it out of their hands to follow thru.
Some women like getting their asses beat. Good for them and I hope they hang on tight to their man - prevent him from going after someone else.
