Because some parental units dont care where or what the kid is doing as long as it doesnt interfere with mom and dads time.

I care. I had to explain to my daughter that a bad man has moved into a building close to us so she is no longer allowed to play outside, even with a friend.

This afternoon, we walked to the trash house to dump it and we were up on our walk when a man pulled up and rolled down the window and spoke to me. I told her to stay back.

Fortunately, it was an old friend of mine that has moved in close by. He was also aware of the offender across the way.

25 years for raping a 9 year old child and getting her pregnant, i dont care what the maximum sentence is this guy should suffer for the rest of his life. Once the other prisoners find out hes going to be having an ass baby or two.

This judge is scum he gives him a light sentence because he said he was sorry. These kind of scum deserve to die.
