Again another case of discharging a firearm in a residential area, killed his wife... wonder what SMCOP thinks should happen??? "Once we complete a diagram of the incident, we will be submitting everything to the prosecuting attorney and let him decide if he wants to press criminal charges," Hills said.

Neighbor Mark Lassince said he believed it was a tragic accident.
"Bad things happen to good people,” Lassince said.

I never said that, but this guy should be locked up..COP or NO COP Ignorance is not above the law, you break the law you get charged with the crime. What is there to investigate, the guy fired two shots one killed his wife. If nothing else he should be charged with being a duba$$. Let me guess you will decide what your opinion is on this when the prosecutor decides what they are going to do!
