Man sues wife for lying

Well I was listening to the radio this morning and they were talking about a guy who is divorcing his wife and suing her for lying to him. I didn't catch the beginning of the story but I think I can piece it together. Apparently this couple met, got married, and had a baby. The baby didn't look like either parent. The mom eventually fessed up and said she had cosmetic surgery to her face and the child has its mothers features (pre surgery of course). Dad thinks the child is ugly. He is mad at his wife because she never once metioned plastic surgery to him. He is suing her for lying to him.

Is this a little drastic? I can understand his anger for her not telling him when they were dating. If I were her I would of told him after we were dating a while. I don't think it has to be a first date conversation. Maybe she feels this is her past and he fell in love with the "new" her. He probably would HAVE never even dated this women if she was ugly before.

What do ya'll think?

Sounds to me like two of the most shallow people on the planet married and reproduced. Very sad for the kid.
