"SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - A Canadian man accused of killing an American Indian Movement activist in 1975 will be extradited to the United States to stand trial.

The Supreme Court of Canada on Thursday dismissed an appeal from John Graham, who is charged with murder for the slaying of Anna Mae Pictou Aquash on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. Her body was found in February 1976 with a gunshot wound to the head."

American prosecutors said AIM leaders ordered Aquash's killing late in 1975 because they suspected she was a government informant.

Sounds like Peltier should have been convicted for more than two murders.
