What a stooge. This is exactly why we need Tort reform in this country. Not that the airline will lose but it will cost them a few thousand dollars just to have a lawyer get it thrown out. They need to have a magistrate system where a judge reviews the complaint for merit BEFORE they are allowed even file it.UFB
