Marianne Williamson will ban not only assault weapons but the manufacture and sale of bullets

Marianne Williamson will do even better than that. Not only will she ban assault-style weapons; she’ll ban the manufacture and sale of bullets to render all of the assault-style weapons out there useless.

In other words, stock up on ammo.

She never fails to amuse. Unlike, say, missiles or tanks, bullets are comparatively easy to make. Even though this would never pass, it's not as though we could ever have a nation where no one has any bullets any more than we can have a country without liquor.

I think she meant to say wooden bullets.

Indeed, the difficult part is the cases casting bullets is easy ..... not that there wouldn't be a run on Ammo and components ... not to mention the Constitutional Challenge

She doesn't appear to be a major threat at this time.

Perhaps, but I'm certain every democrat running would advocate for the same thing; and if the dems had full control they'd likely make it happen. The only recourse we might have is the courts.

I wouldn't count on the courts.
If trump isn't re-elected we are in the deep sh1t.

We are rapidly becoming a non-Christian nation, Democrats and their minions are pushing Socialism,
Think about what countries are non-Christian, and Socialist. Russia and China come to mind.

Not so sure that would be an effective solution.Look how well the courts now seem to be upholding partisan lines instead of the law.

I seem to remember a comedian who said something similar. Make guns free/easy to get, but make it illegal to sell or give ammo. That way only people who know how to make their own can shoot their guns.

While bullets are easy to produce if you can buy the components, it’s not that easy to produce reliable primers and powder.
Not that it’s going to pass, but if they did somehow eliminate those components as well as ammo from the market the vast majority of people wouldn’t be able to get or make ammo.

I remember Jerry Doyle, an actor turned radio host, said as much. But as I mentioned in my previous post, BANNING something people really want to use doesn't make it impossible for them to get, just as it was nearly impossible to keep liquor out of the hands of people who knew how to make it or smuggle it.
