I see some State delegate has recommended declaring marshall law in Baltimore City due to the dead body count in that craphole democratic run cesspool.
This would allow police officers from almost any agency in the State to be deputized to fight crime and save lives in Baltimore City.

It would be a dangerous folly, aside from causing a nightmare scenario for officer safety, liberal judges, States Attorney's, filled jails already and payroll/ insurance from those departments sending officers. Troopers might even get their Stetsons dirty writing Safety Equipment Repair Orders!
