Andybody who knows anything about NASCAR, never the less a crew chief, crew member or driver) knows that if you try to skirt something by NASCAR by even 34 hundred-thousanths, they're going to find out, they're going take your car (and not give it back), make you pull a backup out, and make you go to the back of the inspection line. 
So why do they even try it?

I think we should send the NASCAR officials over to Iraq, just to make sure the Un and US inspectors didn't miss an inch when searching for Saddam's WMD.
