Maryland Democrats Repealed a Law which now allows Condom Vending Machines in Kindergarten, Nursery Schools, and Elementary schools
Why in the heck would they do that?
Maryland House Bill 380 (HB380), passed by the Maryland House Delegates on TODAY, (89-41), repeals a prior law that prohibits the sale of contraceptives, such as condoms, through vending machines in schools—including kindergartens, nursery schools, elementary schools, and secondary schools.
