Maryland SOR question

So a guy shows up at my work that looks familiar. I can't remember where I've seen him, and then finally tonight I figure it out. He's on the SOR, and I've seen him when I did a search on Lusby. I look him up again and see he's "Non Compliant". Does this mean there is a active warrant out for him or something?

Most likely there is one, if you feel comfy with calling and reporting him then do so. I also found someone on the SOR that is "Non Compliant" but all I have information wise is a cell phone number, I am going to pass that little piece of info along to a friend who happens to be a police officer. He was also found guilty of child porn. Makes me sick to even know this person. :barf:

Yep, that's the registry. He was arrested for rape and they settled on 4th degree sex offense. Right now he is non-compliant and has a warrant for another offense as well.
