It was marvelous! Went to Michelle Lea Massage Therapy today because I'd been having some discomfort and numbness in my left arm/hand from a pinched nerve or somesuch. Kim worked on me for about an hour and now I'm feeling about 1000% better.

I can't believe I waited so long to get my first massage. What a dummy.

I stopped going when I realized that it made me feel icky paying someone to touch me.

BG, that's why I'd never had one before - the thought of some stranger having their hands all over me freaked me out. But this wasn't intrusive or icky at all. I dozed through most of it.

She didn't initiate any conversation at all, just responded when I asked a question or said something. It was extremely relaxed and soothing.

I've only had 2 professional massages (neither one here in somd). The first one was great - no talking, totally relaxing, peaceful, almost fell asleep. The second one, I couldn't wait to get outta there because the chick wouldn't shut up! Don't get me wrong......it still felt good but I didn't relax much.
