The team is open to all adult swimmers, aged 18 and over, who seek an organized method for improving or enhancing swimming skills through regular workouts, coached instruction, competitions and workshops. Participation is open to swimmers no matter what their goals may be – stroke improvement, multisport training, open water swimming, competition or general fitness. Participants must have prior experience with competitive swimming, open water swimming and/or triathlon competition.

The initial session begins Sept. 10, 2012, and runs through Nov. 21, 2012. Cost is $190.00 and includes up to four days of practice/workouts per week during the following times:

Monday and Thursday, 6:15 to 7:15 a.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
