I heard a rumor that the gas pumps will be closing at the end of this month and that the grocery store itself will close July 15th.

I think they wanted to get away from the food and focus more on ice cream. I think I remember them saying something like that. :shrug:

Tell them I miss them.

We’ve been to Linda's a couple of times. It's really hit or miss with the service. It's always good but sometimes extremely slow, guess they are still working out the kinks.

Wouldn't be surprised at those dates. Wm. Davis Construction bought the property and is planning office space there.

There was a rumor that they were supposed to move into the old Superfresh space by Food Lion. Don't know if that is going to happen or not.

It's the same one that was at the old Dash In on 235 across from the Sheetz, that was used to take the fuel tanks out. So I take it they plan on demolition as soon as possible. Now we need a WAWA or Sheetz to come into Leoanrdtown.

What we need is a Krispy Kreme donut shop with a Sonic next door. Also build a drive in movie theatre....they are da bomb diggity when you have chillins who are too small to sit down in a regular theatre without disturbing others.

Sonic would be great. Closest one I've seen so far is on route 17 in Glouster Virginia (Just built over a year ago). We have checkers in St. Mary's County , why not Sonic's(multiple locations please)
