Hey, that's what Boston wants. 
They want violent criminals on their streets raping and killing. They want it so much they vote for it.
If it were up to me we'd be like, "Great!" and send them violent criminals from other cities and states. Turn them into a penal colony. Escape from New York. I feel like Americans should get what they vote for and this is obviously what Massholes want. We could do away with prisons, just send criminals to Boston and NYC and LA and Dallas. Send them to Maine - those people love crime.
