Fox News’ Harris Faulkner was visibly stunned Monday after Florida Republican Rep. Kat Cammack alleged that Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told members of Congress that if they impeach him, they won’t like “who comes next.”

“Absolutely,” Cammack said. “I have yet to meet one Republican — heck, I even know of some Democrats that are anxious to get rid of him. And let me remind you, when behind closed doors we told him, ‘You are getting ready to be impeached’ he said, ‘You’re not gonna like who comes next.'”

“Woah,” Faulkner said, visibly stunned.

If we don't like who comes next we will impeach that M-F'er too.

They could go to any home for Down syndrome kids and find a person more qualified for the job at the border than Mayorkas.

My concern is - we survived for centuries without turning every position in the government into an us versus them level of politics.
It's gotten worse all my life but it really took off in the 90's. We can't just impeach or threaten to impeach, willy-nilly. It has to end somewhere.

If we go down the road of having to impeach someone due to incompetence, we've really turned a corner. Why isn't he simply asked to resign?
Hell, why DOESN'T he resign, already?

He's doing EXACTLY what he was hired to do.

Undermine border control for political gain.

He is doing what the Democrats want him to do.
Why should he resign.?
When Trump is elected he won't need to be impeached, he will be among the first to be fired.
That is what they fear.

The day Trump is Inaugurated, the gravy train ends.

Anyone who comes after him would still need senate confirmation which could go either way. It's a possibility that Cinema and Manchin could still go against the D tide
