McAfee Security Center Log folder is HUGE

When I do a search, or a scan, it always gets hung up here. So I checked, and looked at the properties of the LOG folder(C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\McAfee\MSC\Logs), and it's still counting after 2.5 hours...

11.7 MB/168,000 files and counting.

WTH?

Why is it that big, SHOULD it be that big, and if it's ok, how do I get my scans and searches to quit searching it?
