From what I see of my friends and family who has a mother working fulltime outside of the home, is that the kids ages 12 and under, miss out and are don't get everything that is needed. I feel a mother needs to choose to raise her family and then once they are a bit older can then work outside of the home. Having children is a choice (don't give me any excuses), if you want one then you should parent fulltime. If you want to parent part-time - get a puppy. If you want it all, then get it all before you have kids.

Can it be done - absolutely - I had my career, save $ and bought a home, got married and then chose to have kids. It's full time to me. Kids are too important to be placed in someone elses hands to raise.

Freak out - go ahead - it's MY opinion. I'm not Judging you.

I hope you're wearing a helmet incase you fall off of the pedestal you've put yourself on.

Millions of working women are out there raising good kids that aren't starving for Mommy's time and affection.

McCain's VP choice is a joke. He only spoke to her once prior to calling her this week, he is just going by her reputation and what's on paper. She doesn't even know what a Vice President does (see below link). He is only trying to sway the votes of women who were supporting Clinton. This tactic to gain votes will backfire because he is testing the intelligence of women voters. Just because you have a woman running mate, doesn't mean that women will vote for you.
YouTube - Sarah Palin: "What does a VP do?"
:high5: Exactly!

Don't kid yourself. Studies show that since the mother started to work outside of the home, that kids got in more trouble, pregnancy/drug rates went up and self esteem to an all time low. I"m not saying women who work are bad, I'm just saying it would be better for kids for the mom to be home until they are a bit older and understand more. Kids need moms, not babysitters all day long.

You need to do your homework. She has signed more reforms as a Governor than your Presidental candidate has signed as a senator.

So basically she has more political experience than your Presidential candidate and neither have any foreign policy experience but she is running for Vice President not President.......

Obama destroyed America
It's hard to be informed when you get your current events info from People Magazine.
Yes, you'd think someone who sits on her fat ass all day would at least educate herself on the candidates.

I have no problem with women in politics - but Hillary raised her family, Bill has a sweet young fling somewhere, and she is free to tackle the challenges.

Palin - well, I don't think she's ready. Maybe in 4 or 8 years, but not right now.

Going by reputation and what's on paper!! Imagine that!!! Smart man!

I guess he could always follow the democrats lead and make it up!! :killingme

Your parents are siblings.
First of all, that's not my quote that you posted. Do it again and you will be reported.

Second, her reputation isn't really all that. OK she sold a plane that was used by the last govenor. Whoopee!! She deserves a cookie for that one. Alaska has always had problems with corruption, remember what is primarly out there...OIL!! Money everywhere. Her political experience does not extend out of Alaska's borders, does that make her qualified? A good leader surround themselves with experienced and intelligent advisors. Look at the campaign so far with McCain's pointless commercials. I guess I know who he surrounds himself with, the same idiots who been around for the last 8 years.

By the way, your wife / girlfriend / boyfriend is your sibling.

Most powerhouse women thru history thrive on being able to multi task. Personally I love the VP pick that McCain chose. I love it because she is fresh and new....and God help us we need to get rid of the old in Washington politics.

Hillary and Bill have their hands in alot of political pockets.............not to mention I worked on the hill when Hillary and Bill were in office. Trust me the rumors about them and especially her were not nice.
