I did respond and I don't have kids but I chose not to have children. Trust me, it won't come back to bite me in the ass. Many people know how I feel and you know, so what!!! Everyone on here is judgmental. :killingme I have my reasons for not having children at a young age.

As for Sarah, well, in the limelight she is going to have to support her. Behind closed doors, we don't know what she is really feeling. I can't imagine that she's thrilled but we don't know for sure. Either way, she has to support her. She may not like it, but for a lot of reasons she's going to have to deal with it.
NO offense but if you don't have kids then you do not have a clue.......

A perfect example of why Palin needs to stay home. Seems her teenage daughter is unwed and pregnant. Clearly this woman needs to stay home and get her family under control.

Teen daughter of GOP VP pick is pregnant - CNN.com
And these MORONS wonder why the world is so screwed up!!! I'm ALL ABOUT WOMEN'S LIB. When you have 4 kids at home, and apparently 1 who is about to have a baby, there is some guidance missing in this scenario. They don't get it!!! I understand completely about sitters and nannies and daycare but that is for the "average" person. These people don't need to be a two income family. Hubby can bring home the bacon while she stays home and takes care of the kids. I don't go for June Cleaver, but I also think that since she decided to produce these children, it's their responsibility to see that they have the parental guidance needed. I think it's great she was selected but now is probably not the time. As for Obama, he's a man, he doesn't need to be staying home. I'm not for men sitting on their ass all day at home, regardless of whether the woman works or not.

Stay classy ladies.:yay:

In the "ole days" women were getting married and having babies at 12 and 13 in this country.

She is 17 years old.....we have men and women losing their lives in Iraq and Afganistan at 18.......

This girl was human.........the only fault I see is that her mother didn't put her on birth control or at least tell her to tell the boyfriend to use a condom.
This isn't the "old days", but I agree with the birth control or protection, but obviously, she's 17, she should be smart enough to know that. If she's not smart enough to know about birth control in this day and time, I question her knowledge on raising a baby.

Gotta love childless people who are experts on parenting!
:killingme You all are so funny. Yeah, you all so experts. OMG. There are so many parents out there who are COMPLETELY CLUELESS in parenting!!! You all are such riot!!! I'm not ashamed of the fact that I don't have kids. You all think you are so good and the best parents in the world. The fact is, you all can't change your past, no more than I can. So you gang up on people who aren't in your shoes and pass judgement.

So what is wrong with Gov. Palin's statement about her daughter's pregnancy?

I wasn't particularly thrilled when my daughter told me she was pregnant, but whaddaya gonna do? I am proud, however, that she and her boyfriend have decided to have their baby.

What is wrong with that?

I guess the CNN breaking news blurb is also a "one-sided blog". If Paulin wasn't out there trying to fire people over false allegations and governing a state with "more reindeer than people"...maybe she would have had time to teach Bristol the importance of keeping her legs closed.

they are are "proud of Bristol's decision to have her baby and even prouder to become grandparents."

Give me a break! Who on earth is proud that their 17 year old is knocked up? Obviously, old boy McCain didn't do a very good job on his homework.
This hunney is why you have 0 credibility. How long were you in Alaska investigating this? Did you not read the part where he ADMITTED tasing the 10 year old.

You truly are an embarrassment to your party and your race. Get off this board and go make Nonno dinner.

Yes, there is nothing you can do, however, if mothers and fathers taught their children about birth control and safe sex, perhaps this would not be a problem. Too many babies born to unwed mothers and I believe that girls should be married, unless you are filthy rich, educated and can support a baby on your own through adoption or something of that nature. Life is too hard as it is, why make it that much more difficult. It's not fair to the kid. Teens don't think about the consequences and it's sad. Young girls, young guys, and it all can be avoided!!!

You're assuming two things here.

1) She didn't teach her daughter about safe sex and birth control.

2) The daughter didn't have safe sex or use birth control.

I don't think you can assume these things unless they're known as fact. For all you know the daugher could have had safe sex, plus used birth control. Nothing is fail proof when it comes to that.
