I would like to find out what McVeigh's last words were going to be.

McVeigh gave such a great line quoting from the Supreme Court that the executioners would not let him say his last words that McVeigh had planned to do before his execution.

The "Free Speech" was shut down when the gov became afraid of what McVeigh would say.

It is a referance to his race and not nationality nor his religion.

If he was of a different nationality then he would not qualify to run for President.
