Does this bill really have a chance with our Maryland democrat legislation?

With all of the evidence that is belatedly appearing about strokes heart attacks , problems with sperm counts, menstrual problems and stillborn children and the total failure of this vaccination wouldn't it appear obvious that this vaccine needs more study before being foisted on our children?
