This whole ghost gun thing has me LMFAO. They call all guns without a serial number a ghost gun and never differentiate between a polymer 80 or or a ghost gun made with a dremel tool. Number are skewed by the gun grabbers.
I know what you're saying. I'm just trying to understand how MD can compel sales data for WV, VA, PA, and DE.
They can't. But Polymer80 could have surrendered it in a settlement.

Easy that was part of the Settlement .... MD wants to be able to shift the blame to all of those other states
