It looks like it might be a helo out of Virginia.

:ohwell: I've been in the ER with talk of flying me out twice. The first time I was 17, and I had to have my eye and finger stitched (little more complicated then that) but nevertheless, I pitched a fit. Lucky for me, the finger specialist and eye specialist were at a seminar in P.G. County and drove to where I was. The second time, I was hemorrhaging in my 26 week of pregnancy with my 2nd, so I was grateful when the thunderstorms rolled in and I was transported by ground to Baltimore. Helo’s just have never seemed all that safe to me and extremely difficult to maneuver.

How tragic.

Personally would prefer the helo to the ground ambulance. They're generally very safe, but chit happens. When your number is up, your number is up, of course the problem is, if you are in the helicopter when the pilots number is up..

Have ridden in many helo's without incident, and always felt safe.. well except maybe once, but the helo (Chinook) was supposed to do that, I just didn't know it

I think at first glance, you see helo crash and Trooper #7 and gasp for air. Trooper #7 went to assist in the search, they are not the helo that crashed.
