I think his skills should be used for some good.  Jail time will NOT help (even as a deterrent).

Well, so far the deterrent is not working.  Hacking has not declined…you might not hear much about it, but believe me, it has NOT declined.

As for the use of “offshore” computers/facilities, the internet gambling “companies” are having a field day with that.  I think it is now classified as a multi-billion dollar business.  

You are correct... Spammers will soon follow.
